Kerri Milless
Chief Human Resource Officer
Kerri Milless joined SCA Health in 2023 as the organization’s first Chief Human Resource Officer. She joined SCA Health after five years with Optum and has over 20 years of HR experience. Previously, she served as interim CHRO for Optum Insight and Change Healthcare. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Minnesota.
